I think it is an important part of clarifying your work to share who the work is NOT for. My coaching work can’t be for everyone and it isn’t designed to work for just anyone. Idea Camp has been created with a certain intention in mind. There’s a certain kind of person who comes into Idea Camp and is ready to receive what it has to offer.

IDEA CAMP IS NOT FOR YOU IF…

• You are still unclear on what you want.

• You are wanting job search or specific career coaching.

• You are not ready to be in action on what you want.

• You often makes others responsible for your happiness or having what you want in life.

• You are extremely risk averse.

Perhaps you find yourself saying things like…“I am unhappy, and I know I want something else, but I’m not sure what.” or “I need someone to help me navigate career conversations with my manager. I want to get to the next level.”
