I am a guide offering space for those magical moments when you realize you can be and do whatever it is you’ve always wanted.
I’ve spent 10 years as a builder and leader in the corporate learning and development space. The teacher in me cares about guiding people, through a process of growth, problem-solving, and achievement. I develop relationships and cultivate trust quickly in order to inspire action for people.
Many years ago, through coaching and other personal development work, I got access to being able to create my life versus survive it. And, since that time, I’ve had a deep calling to be a catalyst for others creating lives they love.
I am also a forever lover of summer camp. I grew up going to camp, was a camp counselor in college, and have spent my adult life trying to recreate all of that camp magic as best I can through attending adult summer camps and even building a camp of my own as a company retreat. If I had to pick between HR Leader and forever and always Camp Counselor, the choice is easy.
